Subclass 190 – Skilled Nominated Visa

Subclass 191 – Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) Visa
The Subclass 191 visa allows workers who have lived and worked in a designated regional area to obtain permanent residency. It includes two streams: the Regional Provisional Stream and the Hong Kong Stream.

• Must hold an eligible visa and show stable household income for at least three years.
• Available for Hong Kong and British Nationals.

Subclass 491 – Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa
The Subclass 491 visa provides temporary residency for skilled migrants to work, live, and study in designated regional areas for up to five years, with a pathway to permanent residency.
